We only access SMS data related to financial transactions to assess your creditworthiness and detect fraud. This includes analyzing financial SMS messages to evaluate your credit score, repayment ability, and to combat fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Data Collected:
We only collect SMS data that is relevant to financial transactions, including the sender's phone number, the content related to the transaction, and the time the SMS was sent. Non-financial SMS messages are not accessed or monitored.
- Security of Data:
All financial SMS data is encrypted and securely transmitted to our server (https://fbiz.fairkplus.cc) using the HTTPS protocol. We do not share this data with third parties without your explicit permission.
1.2. Collection of Emergency Contacts
- Purpose of Permission:
We collect limited contact information solely to verify authenticity, assess your credit eligibility, analyze risk, and prevent fraud during the loan application process.
- Data Collected:
We only collect information for two emergency contacts, including: Relationship with each contact, Contact’s name, Contact’s phone number.
You can choose how to provide this information:
Manual input: You enter the contact details directly.
Auto-fill: A convenient option allowing you to select specific contacts from your phonebook. Only the selected contacts' information will be retrieved — we do not access or store your entire contact list.
- Security of Data:
All collected data is encrypted and securely uploaded via HTTPS to our server (https://fbiz.fairkplus.cc). We do not share this data with any third parties without your explicit consent. The information is retained only for the purpose of credit assessment and will be deleted after the assessment is completed.
1.3.Collection of Installed Apps
- Purpose of Permission:
To ensure the security of your loan and detect potential fraud, we need to verify that your device does not contain any untrusted or harmful apps that could compromise your security.
- Data Collected:
We collect metadata about installed applications, including the app name, package name, installation time, and version details. Only data related to financial applications is transmitted and stored. Non-financial applications are neither transmitted nor stored. This data is solely used for security assessment.
- Security of Data:
All collected data is securely transmitted to our server (https://fbiz.fairkplus.cc) via HTTPS and is not shared with any third parties without your consent.
1.4.Collection of Location Data
- Purpose of Permission:
Your geographic location information is collected to assist in risk assessment and fraud detection during the loan approval process.
- Data Collected:
We may request you to enable the Global Positioning System (GPS) on your device to collect real-time location data. This data is used to verify your location in relation to the loan application.
- Security of Data:
Location data is encrypted and securely transmitted to our server (https://fbiz.fairkplus.cc) . We never share this data with third parties without your permission.
1.5.Collection of Phone Device
- Purpose of Permission:
Your phone device information is collected to assist in risk assessment and fraud detection during the loan approval process.
- Data Collected:
We may collect some of your device information, such as hardware information (including the device's operating system, Android version, MID, MediaDrm Unique ID, Widevine Device ID, screen size and other hardware information), and serial number to uniquely identify the device and ensure that unauthorized devices are not to act on your behalf to prevent frauds.
- Security of Data:
Phone Device data is encrypted and securely transmitted to our server (https://fbiz.fairkplus.cc) . We never share this data with third parties without your permission.
1.6.Network Data Usage
To enhance security and minimize fraud risks, we gather certain network-related data:
(1) Google Advertising ID (GAID): Helps improve ad relevance and performance analysis.
(2) Wi-Fi Details: Assessed to identify potential security risks and ensure a stable connection.
(3) Network Status: Includes IP address, connection type, and connectivity state to prevent disruptions and support risk evaluation.
These measures help us maintain a secure and reliable service experience.
2.Data Security and Retention
2.1.Data Security:
.We prioritize the security of your personal information. All collected data (SMS, contacts, installed apps,
location) is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS protocols and securely stored on our servers. We do not share
your personal information with any third party without your explicit consent.
2.2. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy—such as credit evaluation, fraud detection, and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Most user data (e.g. SMS, contacts, app list) is retained for no longer than 180 days after the loan process concludes or your account becomes inactive.

Upon your verified request for deletion, we will permanently erase your data within 30 days, unless legal obligations require us to retain it.
